We needed a pretty quick turnaround on a reservation as Holland America had a bonus if booked within a few days. Louise and Stephanie took care of things promptly. This is a repositioning cruise--not a lot of expense for us and not a lot of commission, I presume, for Tully. Yet they took care of details and provided information we asked for. We've used Tully, Louise and Stephanie many times now, and always have gotten good service.

Highly recommend!
Ralph Crawford was our travel agent and he is excellent. He took care of every detail with speed and precision. He recommended most of our tours and helped with every detail of our trip and we enjoyed it all immensely. Every single transfer, tour, guide, and move during our trip was meticulously planned and we did not have one single issue while traveling. He did all of the work and we had such much fun!
